2. Stock & Fulfillment Location
All items are stocked in the United States and shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse.
No import duties, customs fees, or international taxes apply for U.S. domestic deliveries.
Fulfillment and dispatch are handled within 7–14 business days after payment confirmation.
3.Pricing & Currency
All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices include standard packaging; shipping fees depend on delivery location and order volume.
Dropshippers are responsible for setting their own retail prices and margins.
Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise agreed.
4.Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, U.S. Local Bank Transfer, or Check Payment (for approved partners).
For check payments, orders are shipped after the payment clears.
Ownership of goods remains with the seller until full payment is received.
Late payments may incur 2% monthly interest.
5. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Each order is processed under the dropshipper’s business name to ensure brand confidentiality.
No supplier invoices, business cards, or branding materials will be included in the package.
Tracking numbers will be provided within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Bulk order or blind-shipping options are available upon request.
6.Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are handled via UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight carriers.
Average delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on destination.
Dropshippers are responsible for providing accurate customer delivery addresses.
Re-delivery fees apply for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delays caused by carriers, weather, or force majeure are beyond our control.
7.Return & Refund Policy
Returns are categorized into three cases:
(1) Quality Issues
If a customer receives a defective or damaged product, please submit photo or video proof within 7 days of delivery.
Once verified, a replacement or full refund will be arranged.
(2) Logistics Issues
For lost or severely damaged shipments, contact us or the platform immediately.
Compensation follows the logistics provider’s policy.
For orders above USD 100, you may purchase our Logistics Protection Service (3% fee) — offering full reimbursement in case of loss.
(3) No-Reason Returns
Because furniture is large, heavy, and high-cost to transport, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal preference, including:
Change of mind
Color difference due to lighting or screen display
Size misjudgment by the buyer
We recommend confirming dimensions, colors, and materials carefully before listing or purchase.
8.Warranty
All furniture comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing or structural defects under normal residential use.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Improper assembly or use
Damage caused by humidity, misuse, or modification
Warranty claims require photo or video evidence for verification.
9.Custom Logo & Branding Service
As mentioned, we also offer a stick logo service (private labeling) for dropshippers who wish to apply their own brand logo on products or packaging.
Extra charges will be incurred depending on logo size, placement, and quantity.
This service must be confirmed and prepaid before production or shipment.
10.Confidentiality
We respect all partners’ privacy and brand integrity.
Seller details, pricing, and sourcing information are kept confidential and never disclosed to your customers.
Packages are shipped without any supplier branding or promotional materials.
11.Liability
The seller’s liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied.
The seller is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as profit loss or delayed delivery.
Once goods are handed over to the carrier, risk passes to the dropshipper or end buyer.
12.Force Majeure
It is acceptable to do like this for trial order, but there will besome extra charges for loading in different locations andif your other vendor's terms is EXW, we will charge for local FOBfees, trucks shared based on respective cubic meters.
